Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but is usually ready to ship within 1-5 business days from order date.
Estimated shipping times:

Canada: 1-3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Are your monkeys 100% handmade?
Yes! I do all the handywork including cutting, sewing, stuffing, assembly, packing, and shipping! All of my monkeys are made from socks. All of my sock monkey designs are made from my own creativity.

Missy's Monkeys is the largest variety genuine handmade sock monkey manufacturer in the USA that holds safety lab and trademark credentials. These monkeys are sold in stores from Boston to Seattle, and Iceland.
My pet loves stuffed animals, can I give them one of your products?
NO! My products are not made for pets! They could pose a danger to a pet that loves to chew!
You say your products are CPSC Safety Lab Tested. What does that mean?
I believe in being safe and legal. All manufactured (and Handmade) products sold in the USA as well as Canada and other countries federally require safety lab testing, along with a Certificate of passing these required tests. Saying you just meet the requirements based on your own testing does not qualify a product as CPSC safe (Consumer Product Safety Comission). I use a USA lab that is approved by the CPSC, and mail in samples of my products where they will be tugged (hard!), pulled, lead tested, and chemically tested to meet the standards set by CPSC. I complete this test annually and hold a CPC (Children's Product Certificate) detailing the standards which have been met as well as the age requirements for my products which are 3 +.
Can you make a sock monkey from a pair of socks that I own?
In general yes. I would need to first see photos of the socks and know the measurements. I would offer a discount off of the socks you provide with your completed product. I always recommend unused, new socks.
I am hosting a holiday boutique event, would you be interested in running a booth with us?
I am always open to hearing about new events. I would like to note that I do hold a season space at the Gilbert Art Walk in Gilbert, Arizona which runs the 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9am-1pm from October through March. If your event should be part of these days or hours I will be unavailable as the Gilbert Art Walk is my vending priority. I also participate in the Phoenix Comicon Convention which is a 3 1/2 day event over the Memorial Day Weekend.
Do you donate monkeys for charity or fundraisers?
I have an established group of charities in which I donate to.
